They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
