Waited 70 minutes to see the doctor, which would have been inexcusable on its own, but neither the doctor nor his staff apologized for the wait.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
