They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. They definitely could have been more polite.There was standing room only as the entire practice seemed to be mismanaged time wise. I am never put on hold for a long time but I had to wait 2 hours for my appointment. 3 others left unable to wait the extra 2 hours. Not just this doctor-the entire practice. I will NEVER return. I had to make emergency arrangements to pick up my child. Not worth the wait. There are plenty of dermatologists around.
