They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

The negative reviews I see here are really confusing because my experience was great! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to confirm the appointment so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so kind and attentive to me and the staff is very professional with a great sense of humor!! They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Dr. Cohen was very caring and understanding and went out of his way to offer me free samples due to my financial situation which was a great help!! Dr. Cohen was very personable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. I wish some of my other Doctor's were as great.

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Doctor answer my health questions by telling me that if I want answers I just have to llok at my grandma and I will know the answers. Found him very disrespectful. When ask for preventive treatments He did not have an answer.

The staff was helpful. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was comfortable, though the doctor is sometimes rushed.
