I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

The staff was amore than friendly and helpful. We never did see Dr. Massesa, we have always see the PA (I believe her name is Leah?). She has been more then windfall and explained everything (to the point of over-explanation lol). I would highly recommend, and have recommended their practice to all of my kids friends that are at that 'acne age.'
