Condescending does not begin to describe Joaquim Noronha. The first 2 visits were great and he was direct, but nice. HOWEVER, the third visit, forget it. His true colors showed. His ego (which I always new was there) is just too, too big. It is all about him, and God forbid you try to have a conversation that might show he doesn’t know everything in the world. Watch out, because you will be yelled at, talked down, and treated like a child. He will view what you have to say as arguing, because his ego can’t take being wrong. Even if you treaded lightly, like I did, he still can’t handle it like a professional. If you want to be belittled, then this is the doctor for you.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. This Doctor is very bad in his diagonosis, does not answer your questions he was interested is discussiing if my Mother is infertile rather that treating my diabeties.
