I have been going to Dr. Byrnes for over 8 years and actually pulled my very young daughters from their pediatrician to go here as well. I trust Dr. Byrnes because he listens to me, explains everything and does not hesitate to send my girls or I to a specialist should the need arise. Additionally, the few times I have needed to get a quick appointment with a specialist, Mrs. Thomas has made the call and gotten my daughter or I in the very next day. Nothing but good things to say about everyone at Allentown Family Medicine!

Dr. Byrnes is great, and I am always impressed by his professionalism and his responsiveness to patient needs. The only complaint I have of his office is his very rude secretary. My entire family has experienced her unpleasant nature, and I am always unsure as to what kind of mood she will be in when I call. I believe Dr. Byrnes would make his patients feel that much more comfortable by finding a more patient and congenial secretary.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I was greeted when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was satisfied with my visit.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
