Love Dr. Bromley however his staff is very rude. Will not return, the nurse & the nurse practitioner are unprofessional & very rude.

Their staff needs to learn professionalism, she actually just told me to 'take a hike' LOL. My 89 year old father is getting bills for his 40 yr old grandaughter, really? She doesn't live there, and he's not responsible. I don't want him bothered and believe you me you rude, half baked lady .. you need to check yourself or have bromley check you for a brain injury. I'll be reporting your office to AMA and Attorney General's office and whoever else comes to mind. You get a big fat ZERO. And i used to be patient there.. nasty staff you should all be fired!

The staff at Dr.Bromley's is mean every time my husband and I call for test results they are very nasty on the phone with us they have even hung up on me and the Dr. never calls back to go over the test results with you. I have since gone to a new Dr. and my husband will be going to the new Dr. also, I pray that nothing bad happens to any of his patients because of this very unprofessional as a Dr. and his staff.

I am a new patient of Dr. Bromley.He has been my husbands family Dr.for many years.Dr.Bromley was both professional & very personable & down to earth. I was very pleased with the office staff.Very caring & outgoing.I am pleased to say I've found the doctor I plan to stay with.Thank you.I hope this helps anyone in need of a Professional doctor & healthcare experience.

Doctor Bromley is a personable but still very professional physician
who takes the time to explain the treatments and medicines that he
prescribes, but his staff who handle appointments are rude and as far
as I can deduct, lie about their actions in confiming apointments.
They apparently just want their $50 for a missed appointment.
I would like to get paid for my 75 minute wait to see the doctor for my
first appointment!

Dr Bromley is extremely professional and always explains any medications prescribed and he can offer solid advice on medical conditions. My wife and I consider ourselves to be fortunate to have him as our primary Dr.
