Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Medical Negligence and Unethical Practice at Dr. Julianno's Office
This review serves as a formal complaint regarding the serious and unacceptable conduct of Dr. Julianno's office, which has significantly impacted my family and me.
For 35 years, I was a patient of Dr. Julianno. However, the standard of care has drastically deteriorated in recent years. Specifically:
* Gross Misdiagnosis and Negligence:
* Approximately five years ago, my father presented with concerning symptoms. Dr. Julianno performed a brief examination and dismissed his condition as a common cold. This misdiagnosis resulted in a delayed diagnosis of cancer.
* Subsequently, when my father's cancer recurred, a similar pattern of cursory examination and dismissal occurred. This repeated negligence ultimately contributed to the late-stage diagnosis and his untimely passing. Had appropriate diagnostic testing been conducted promptly, he may have had a significantly improved chance of survival.
* This pattern of inadequate assessment and a failure to order necessary tests demonstrates a severe lapse in professional responsibility.
* Unethical Billing and Lack of Patient Support:
* As a long-term patient with a documented disability, I recently required Dr. Julianno's office to sign a standard disability verification form.
* Despite my documented financial hardship, exacerbated by my wife's severe injuries and our inability to work, the office refused to sign the document without a $120 fee for an appointment.
* Furthermore, the office staff displayed a dismissive and belittling attitude towards my state insurance, essentially denying me access to necessary medical support.
* This refusal to provide essential administrative support, coupled with the imposition of a financial barrier, demonstrates a profound lack of empathy and a prioritization of profit over patient welfare.
These actions constitute a serious breach of professional ethics and medical responsibility. The office's actions have directly resulted in significant emotional and financial distress, and in the case of my father, the potential loss of life. I urge a thorough investigation into these matters. Potential patients should be aware of the serious risks associated with this practice.

This dr is terrible. She bills ur ins co without doing ANYTHING 4 U. She is extremely argumentative & approaches u w/her stethoscope and says "and now I'm going to yell at you". She has said this repeatedly to myself and other peopl. She practices PATIENT SHAMING. She is a RIP-OFF. If &when she prescribes a med, she does not tell u what she is giving u, which u have a right 2know. DO NOT GO TO HER. DO NOT!!!!
