The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how Dr. Monka provided individual and personal attention to both me and my family. He is very knowledgeable and helped us a great deal. He is our family doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
