They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Doctor Otto is great. He's not covered under my insurance, but I dish out the money whenever I really need to see a doctor because he's so good. Even he'd tell me not to come see him every year because I don't need a yearly physical while I'm this young. What other doctor would be so honest? Love him.
