I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
