He was our family physician from 1984 into 1993 before we moved to Arizona. Dr. Speer was the most competent and compassionate Dr. we have been with since we adults were children ourselves. The pure knowledge he had alone encompassed many fields along with the actual ability to perform in each extremely well. He placed high value upon both knowledge and peoples needs. I believe if we had not moved from that area he would still be our physician today. We trusted him with our lives and would still trust him today.
