My aunt was misdiagnosed and told that she was absolutely fine an imagining the problems she had. Imagine our surprise when she went to the hospital and passed away a few days later from something that should have been diagnosed and treated months before! Not only that, but a letter just came from the office stating that shes scheduled for her annual exam.......but it's 7 months after her death! We are finally getting on with our lives and get a kick in the stomach with that letter............they knew she passed away so that's not an excuse!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
