Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
