Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
