HORRABLEEEEE I was waiting for my appointment 3 hours I moved and this was the closest doctor who took my insurance and I need a prescription filled that was out of refills from my old doctor after the wait I finally saw the doctor he asked why I came I told him about my prescription he said he does not write that kind of medication without any apology for the wait or his lack of helpfulness this guy is the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. this place is such a joke

NEVER go to this place! The GIRL at the front desk should not be working in a medical facility. She is incredibly rude and completely incompetent. BEWARE when you see her miserable face behind the desk if you dare go there. I went in for a basic physical and waited 4 hours! Then they had the nerve to make me come back the next day to pick up a health statement that was 2 sentences typed! The doctor told me the statement would be ready by 8:30am, but when I went to pick it up, the girl at the front desk told me to come back at 2:00pm. According to the miserable girl behind the desk, it takes some Melissa woman 2 hours to type up a 2 sentence letter. Give me a break! These people have NO IDEA what they're doing! Even the doctor wrote that I have brown eyes on my physical form when I have green eyes! In total, I spent 6 hours waiting to see a doctor for 60 seconds, got completely ripped off, lost two days of work, and was treated like garbage. This place is a joke. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I schedules an appt. to get a physical at this office for 2 in the afternoon. I called at 10am to confirm the appt. When I got there I was asked to fill out a form and sit and wait. One hour late i was told by another patient they had been there for two hours. Finally I asked how long it would be untill I was seen I was told 30 minutes. 1 hour later I was brought into an exam room where I waited for another 30 minutes before I just decided to leave. Not worth my co-pay. I would rather take the bus 30 minutes to a different doctor than go here again.
