The doctor is just ok. He's nice and pleasant and seems sincere. His office staff SUCKS! They have no idea what they are doing! They are unprofessional! They could care less about the patients!!!! I really can't believe how dumb, inconsiderate, rude, nasty a doctors staff could be! They should all be fired!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Rao Gourkanti since 1997! Dr. G is a wonderful & commpassiote Docter! When my mother was ill, he took great care of her and treated her like she was part of his family;my mom loved him and felt very secure around him. Our family continues to go to Dr. G at present & we continue to trust him and remain very fond of him! Thank you Dr. G! We love you!!!!

My mother, Grace Barker was in the Atlantic Highlands office last week. On the walk back home after the appointment, she fell on some uneven sidewalk . She managed to get back to your office . Both nurses and Dr. Gourkanti ( who was busy with a patient ) stopped and helped her. You bandaged her up & gave her lots of TLC. Thank you all so much for your kindness.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
