The front office staff is nice and friendly. However, the doctor's knowledge and/or care is lacking. My parents go to this doctor because he can speak Chinese and they can communicate with him without me or my siblings going with them for the appointment. We have always felt my parents were choosing the doctor using the wrong criteria based on what they tell us about their appointments. My parents have been going to him for a few years now and my mom had always complained of various symptoms - fainting, numbness, frequent abdominal pain, etc. - and he would tell her it's nothing. Never sent her for any test. Treated her like they were common complaints of any patient. My mother is never complains about pain unless it really bothers her. Then most recently, about a month or so ago, my mother went to him with a lump on the lower left of her chin, right by the neck area; and she told him about other symptoms she had again - headaches, numbness, stomach pain, etc. Despite a visibly enlarged lump on her face, he told her it was just swollen glands from having a cold and it's again "no big deal" and gave her a script for antibiotics. The anitibiotics did nothing, two weeks later, my mother went back to the doctor with an even larger lump and he still told her it's nothing. This time my sister was with her. She had to push so hard to even get him to give her a referral to see another doctor. He refused to even send her to get any blood test, because again, in his opinion of looking at it, it was nothing. My mother was able to finally go see an ENT after my sister pushed for the referral. The ENT exammed her and knew immediately her lump was not related to a cold and sent her for a biopsy and MRI immediately. Unfortunately, the ENT's suspicions were true, that it was bad. My mom has been diagnosed with malignent lyphoma. Everyone tells us this is aggressive, where every single day counts. And because of Dr. Lin, my mother was diagnosed much later than she should have. I've been to an appointment at Dr. Lin's asking him to give my mom a blood test and he refused that as well. Please please never go to a doctor like this. You will waste your time unless you are just looking for simple antibiotics to cure a common cold.

the stuff there were ruded, i believe the lady is his wife. appointment made at 9:30am. wait after 45 minute until cann't wait , cacel the appointment.
strongly agree with other patients about times. Dr. lin spent with me less than 2 min to do the rountine yearly check up last year.

Dr Lin's time spent with each patient has been decreasing. It almost seems as if he is rushing everyone out of his office. Out of the past 10 visits, I have not seen him for more than 5minutes each time. At the last visit, he has provided the wrong diagnosis and I ended up in the hospital and almost dying!!

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
