Dr. Lin is one of the rare physicians who actually listens attentively to his patients description of symptoms or concerns, before making a diagnosis. The chairs in their waiting room wasn't the reason I went there, but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to see me the same day and be ready for me at my scheduled time. . He's the best! I highly recommend.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I've been visiting Dr. Lin for a number of years now, and come away each time very satisfied with the results. He is a very focused individual and has addressed any questions I've ever asked with clear explanations. He is also very fluent in Mandarin as well, which benefits my mother greatly. The staff is friendly (so long as you are polite as well), and wait times are generally quite short (though a complication with another patient may have you waiting upwards from 10-20 minutes past an appointment time). I definitely recommend this practice for any individual who needs a family physician or wants an internal medicine specialist.
