In mid-June the first available appointment was August 6. They erroneously entered August 10...and then cancelled that appointment (notifying me on July 18). When I asked about the August 6 availability of course that was gone. Despite their own mistake they made no accomodation and gladly offered me next available appointment --- OCTOBER 4.
I'll find another doctor.

It is very hard to get an appointment or to speak with Dr Mascellinoby phone. She is often away. She does things very slowly and, like a lot of doctors, is reluctant to prescribe pain medication that will help. So far, she has not helped me at all. I expected more from a neurologist who is supposed to be an expert in pain.

Dr Mascellino had a nice manner and seemed very competent, but hasn't helped me yet. She is very busy and it took a long time to get an appointment with her. She is often at a hospital and is hard to get in touch with. She hasn't returned my telephone call for nearly 2 weeks, so treatment is proceeding very slowly.
