There was a very fat woman at the window who was eating. She was very rude and has no customer service training . The doctors bedside manner was poor. I did not feel welcome there so I found a warm considerate doctors who was interested in my well being.

Not sure where people are coming up with these negative reviews. Saw Dr. Robinton for trigeminal neuralgia. His staff was friendly and he was compassionate. Not rude, nasty or condescending whatsoever. He prescribed medication for me that relieved my nerve pain. I would recommend him.

Based on my experience, he is clearly one of the outstanding neurologists in our state. I suspect all the malcontents who have submitted negative reviews have psychiatry and not neurology issues. I hope the people perusing this website realize all the other reviews on this outstanding physician are nonsense submitted by individuals with serious mental issues. Shame on this website!

Absolutely the worst neurologist. Arrogant, nasty, cold, and extremely unprofessional. Brutal bedside manner. Treats patients like they are idiots. Does not explain anything. Treatment rooms are cluttered and messy Equipment not set up. Did not explain procedure before starting. Did not offer any realistic treatment. The staff is just as bad. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. They talk meanly about patients that are on the phone within hearing of the patients in the waiting area. They're violating HIPAA by setting up your patient portal in the treatment room and asking for your password and the answers to the security questions instead of letting you set it up privately. GO ELSEWHERE!
