Compassionate and caring. Have been going to this practice when Dr Markham was practicing. The office needs to be better organized and patient oriented but Dr. Song is the best. You do not even know she is examining you that's how skilled she is. She listens to you, too, and is not a drug pusher vWould not think of going to another practice.

They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. While waiting for my appointment to start I noticed my back started to hurt because they have the cheap plastic kind of chairs in the waiting room.
They would not stop trying to make me take a type of medication that I knew didn't work for me. I have taken it in the past and yet they tried to push it on me relentlessly.

They do not make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Dr. Song is very immature and lazy. She is a very poor diagnostician. She never returns calls. She cares more about herself than the patient. The exam room is messy and not immaculate. Her staff is rude.
