Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I have not visited the office nor would I ever!! When I called to ask if they accepted my insurance a VERY annoyed receptionist? secretary? answered the phone and after I asked her my intended question she said" What do you want"? To my surprise I asked her my question again and she just blurted out Do you want to see a Dr or do you want an abortion! Are you kidding me?? Who says that? I would never go to a facility with such unprofessional ism. If the Dr can't manage a professional and compasionate staff I wonder how the Dr himself conducts things..

The abortion that Dr. Campanella performed for me was incomplete. 3 days after the abortion, I called the emergency number for his clinic with my symptoms of unrelenting painful cramps and bleeding. I was reassured that I was fine and to take more pain medication, they did not even ask me to come in. Two days later I became so scared that I called my own doctor and she told me to go to the emergency room immediately. A series of tests revealed that the procedure Dr. Campanella performed was incomplete and my body was hemorraging and I would have bled to death within the week. The on-call surgeons had to fix Dr. Campanella's mistake. I filed a complaint with the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners against him. Dr. Campanella never offered any sympathy or compassion towards me during or after the ordeal. I found him extremely unprofessional. If you search his name on google you can find a series of health code violations his clinic has faced along with a malpractice case he lost and was ordered to pay $350,000 in damages. There are safe abortion clinics, but this is NOT one of them.
