They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
