There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Dr. Dershem is very sweet and will spend as much time with you as you need. The biggest drawback is that there can be a long wait despite having an appointment but this isn't unusual at any doctor's office.

Although I am not a patient of Dr. Dershem, she was my on-call doctor for my regular OBGYN. I love my regular OB but when I met Dr. Dersham while I was sitting in the hospital bed ready to give birth to my second son, I was immediately overcome with calm. She was an absolute pleasure to be around and she made me feel like I was in total control with the entire process. She listens to all of my "requests" (if that's even possible in childbirth) and gave her input in a very respectful way. I recommended Dr. Dersham to my friends and even my family! She was awesome! Loved her! Thank you for delivering my healthy baby boy and giving me an amazing story to tell about the experience :)

The staff there is always polite and accomodating. The doctors and nurse practitioners give me their full attention at every appointment and I never feel rushed. Sometimes I have to wait a while to be seen, but they have a TV in the waiting room and plenty of magazines. Besides, what's really important is that they their patients the time and attention they need, so it's worth the wait.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I will absolutely return. I had a good experience,. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately,
