I had a test done with the nurse practioner in the office. The nurse was so ruff with me and she didn't tell me what I would expect in the days to come. Also every time I call for a answer no one calls or answer the phone you have to leave a message and wait and wait to hear back from a nurse. And when I used to go there for anything you wait forever. The staff there is rude to when they talk to you.Don't go there please they are horrible!!!!!!

This office is horrible I had had been 13 weeks pregnant and lost the baby I had called the office the morning I started spotting and the women who answered the phone said its normal. Then later I had pain and cramps I called after hours it took dr Dershem an hour to call me and she said I can't do anything now the office is closed but you can come in the next day. Well I was in pain and went to the Er and lossed the baby at the hospital. The next day I went to see Dr. Dersham she said I should have stayed home and bleed out at home instead of going to the er. And when I called to talk to her or another Dr in the office they couldn't take a minute out of there time to answer a question I had. They make you wait in the office for hours to see them I know I once waited an hour and a half to see a Dr there. And it took two weeks to get my records from them because I didn't want to go back there. They only think about seeing as many patients for money they don't care about the patients. I hate the way they treated me and hope they don't treat other women that way but I don't see them changing.
