I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Gerald Ciciola Jr, MD was very thorough and informative. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Gerald Ciciola Jr, MD was very thorough and informative.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love not only the doctors but the office staff is amazing. I'm sorry that I couldn't take this office with me on our move to California. I have 4 babies with this office and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for amazing care.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
