I must say both Dr's are excellent Dr. David and Dr.Ciciola office staff has great team work, very professional and the wait time is in and out. Will highly recommend .

I am thoroughly disgusted with this office...I have been going here since I was 17 years old...26 years...the office staff is DISGRACEFUL, they are getting worse and worse, condescending, rude, accusatory...I am a high risk client and just found out I was pregnant again after 9 years of trying....I tried to get an appointment and to speak with Dr Ciciola and I couldn't get him on the phone, I reminded the extremely rude receptionist that I needed to go on progesterone, that I was extremely high risk, I had 4 miscarriages in the past, and she told me to go get blood work at a lab and then call back....I feel like Dr Ciciola is not getting any of my messages....I am so upset...I don't know where else to go...

I've seen Dr.David and Dr.Ciciola, and they are both excellent doctors. They were both very pleasant. During my visit, I didnt feel as though I was being rushed, I was very comfortable and at ease, and I left with all of my questions answered. However, I dont think I 'll continue to visit their office. 1. I work 8am-4:30pm/ Sun-Thursday. Its impossible to get an appt on Friday and they dont have late hours. 2. The office staff is EXTREMELY rude! Their phone etiquette is the absolute WORST! They are unpleasant and once again rude, they'll keep you on hold for what seems like eternity. I consider myself to be a resonable and fair person, so these feelings didnt come from 1 bad encounter, its every single time I call this place. Once again, the doctors are wonderful and I really mean that, however the women they have working the front office, need some intense customer service training.

Amy who works for this office has very poor phone etiquette! My daughter is 22, and feels very uncomfortabel calling about any health issues, because the recepjtionist is very nasty! For a very long time, I was thinking my daughter was exxagerating, but on Monday Oct 7th, I called to make an appointment , and I experienced first hand what my daughter was speaking of... She was very happy with the Dr...But you have to deal with the ignorance before seeing the Dr...Were looking for a new Obgyn

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
