My partner was in the emergency room with a shattered elbow. Chen was on call. When he was called his comments to the OR doc was it is elective surgery have her come and see me on Monday. Everyone in the OR could not believe his comments and attitude. It certainly seemed he didn't want to interrupt his weekend plans. We found a great DR in North Jersey who saw her within 2 hrs of calling . We met him and he reviewed the xrays and set a target date for surgery and wrapped up the elbow providing it support.

Chen should not be a Dr with this kind of behavior. If you want someone that cares and will make sure you have the best care he is not the one you want to see.

Dr. Chen was hurried, short, and could not address my problem. He didn't seem to even care that I was his patient.
