They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
