I call up to make an appointment, and the person that answered the phone was very nasty, it sounded like Hispanic female person. Refuse to give an appoint citing medical privacy.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me. The most important element is the quality of care received, which was excellent.
