I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. No one greeted me when i walked in.
