This is the WORST pediatrics office in town. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. They always over book, leaving you waiting for literally HOURS. Their office manager, JEANNIE COSTELLO was of no help at all and would NEVER return a phone call. , she is rude and uncouth. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and needs an attitude adjustment. I'm sure it is because they are following suit of their manager JEANNIE COSTELLO. The front desk assistants always has a bad attitude and acts as if you signing in is too much work for her or a HUGE bother. I will never EVER take my son to this place again!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, it was fine
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
