The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
