Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
