Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

When we switched pediatricians, my 6 and 2 year-olds never cried at a dr visit again. He was always so pleasant with the kids. They looked forward to seeing him. We left his office when he misdiagnosed the younger one, as a teenager. He had asthma, not panic attacks, brought on by his sports activities.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
