They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
