Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

This provider practices out of her home. Privacy in the office is limited and you must be willing to wait for her personal life interuptions. This set up is not for everyone so you should be aware before selecting this provider. In addition the provider has long wait times. She is usually 30 -40 minutes late even if you have the first appt of the day or the first appt. after lunch. I used this provider for several years before switching so this was not a one time occurance.

If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision?
Not at all. They wouldn't let me leave unless my child got every vaccination
