I trust my child's life with Dr. Peters. He detected a heart murmur that my prior pediatrician had never heard. It ended up being something that went away on its own but needed to be followed for a few years. This practice has great hours. They are open to 7pm four nights a week. Open every Saturday too. They recently redecorated the office (it needed to be done!) and it looks great!! Their newest doctor (Dr. Heller) is great too! Getting and appointment the same day is never a problem. You sometimes have to be flexible with who you will see or if you want to see a particular doctor, you may have to be flexible with the time you can be seen. The only negative is that one time I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to see Dr. Peters. Dr Strand always seems to be on time. They have one or two Nurse Practitioners that I have no problem seeing and are very good medically. They also seem to spend more time with me.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Usually have to wait about 15 minutes for an appointment with Dr. Peters. Had to wait 1 hour one time, but there apparently was an emergency in the office. Once in the room he is always pleasant and my children love him! I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There wipes. You can tell they want their patients to be as comfortable as possible. They are nice but it can get busy in the winter. The staff is clearly kept busy. The other doctors in the practice are excellent doctors too. Dr. Strand is always on time!

It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had.

I'll write my own review thanks. This pediatric has my information on record and never communicates health issues with me or advises me. They appear to be incapable of handling divorce parent situations. In my mind it is the easiest situation to deal with and it is beyond me that the obvious is overlooked. What does it take to make a call?

Secondly, doctor orders routine prevention work with out-of-network providers puts me in a position where I have to call their office to re-do requisition orders is more a hassle than if they had done it right the first time.

Thirdly, they never return phone calls..

I have no need to be anonymous I stand by my comments as truth.
