Big office, nice staff. Love how they wear uniforms. Makes the staff look clean and professional! I have been going there for years and have not had any problems. The exams are very thorough and the dr's are great.

The staff and doctors were all very professional and made my experience very pleasant. I can definitely say I will be returning there. I came in with no insurance and my exam was reasonably priced as were my contacts and glasses.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt very safe in their care and hoped to continue regular check ups.

HOWEVER!! When I scheduled my appointment & provided my insurance, I was advised it would cost ONLY $30.00. Being on a tight budget, I advised that I would seek an exam elsewhere if my insurance did not cover ALL but $30.00, I was assured again ONLY $30.

When I arrived at my appointment I confirmed again the $30 fee and one sign was posted on the desk in the waiting area, said $30.

After my appointment, I asked the staff again and was assured only $30 & that my insurance covered the rest while checking out at the window area.

Shortly after my appointment, I received a bill for $30 from Associated Eye Phys, Clifton, NJ. I responded with a copy of my $30 recepit. I received their answer handwritten on the bill that the $30 was an additional fee.

COME ON, YOUR KIDDING ME.....and you lied to me about additional costs.

On Nov 12,2012, received notice that the $30 has been referred to collections. I contact the doctors office and was told their is signs all over the office about the refraction fee, I didn't see ANY only the front desk sign, which I paided! I was also told that the staff should have informed me and they did not after, even after I asked 3-4 times.......BEWARE!! Dirty Business Practices..do you think I would have asked about the fee after seeing posted on the signs...my eye sight was prefect buy the way - so why would I need an exam for glasses, I had laser surgery...also, I did in on way authorize this additional exam..
