Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The waiting area chairs at this eye care facility were average. Not the most comfortable but not crappy either. They would probably do better if they were more friendly. Nobody wants to talk to someone that seems like they are in a bad mood all the time. Their office equipment was pretty current, nothing special though. They might need an upgrade in a few years. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
My Mother, who has been a patient of this office for 3 years, visited the office on thursday 6/19/14. She had not been to the office for 5 months due to a fall injury and subsequent surgery. The staff treated her like crap! They assumed she was a new patient because she came from a rehab facility nearby. The office manager argued with her and yelled at her (91 years old). If I was a violent man I would have punched out several people there if I was present!
DOCTOR FOXMAN, get your staff trained and supervise what is going on in YOUR business. That is no way to treat a person who is coming to YOU!
