Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I appreciated that they were able to get me in right away when I needed to be seen. I've never had to wait. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
Was this urologist friendly?
Absolutely Not
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
