No problem with physicians, but #1 long waiting times #2 unable to turn station on tv, unable to turn off tv, per the staff. .So sit for an hour and have to watch a station you cant stand and listen to several other people complain about having to watch it also. #3 Nurse demonstrated a sterile procedure, when asked if gloves were needed she replied "NO", #4 I'm waiting to be scheduled for an follow up appointment: I called Monday-told someone was to call me back, called Tuesday, told someone will call me back, called Thursday, she seemed upset with me "NURSE WILL CALL YOU BACK".I still have no appointment. #5 No answering service after hours

Every time I come here there is always an hour to two wait time. They always have a full waiting room, I’m surprised I haven’t seen all the chairs (there is only 11) full and people standing around since my 3rd visit. They won’t make any accommodations like letting me go out to my car to make private phone calls I need to make. They said I could go right outside the door to make phone calls but there is no reception there. They also won’t let me wait at home longer and come in later when I call to ask if they are running late. One time I called to see if they are running late and they said the weren’t I ended up waiting an hour and a half. The lady who worked there I was talking to also looked like she was mad at me when I was contemplating rescheduling, asking for accommodations and telling her this is wrong. She should realize the wait times make me and probably others frustrated. It shows me they don’t care especially when I can’t do the things I wanted to do.

Extremely satisfied with my care from Dr. Michael Nazmy,who had to fix a problem from another local urologist. I'm disappointed that he has left this group.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will absolutely be returning to see them again. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment soon, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
