THE APPOINTMENT WAS WITH MY SON,AND NOT ONLY DID THEY RUSH HIM THROUGH WHEN I CALLED TO CLEAR UP A PAYMENT MISTAKE MADE BY MY SON THE TWO IN THE OFFICE WAS DOWN RIGHT NASTY.I ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY SONS CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND APPLY PAYMENT TO A FLEX ACCOUNT MY EMPLOYER SET UP FOR US THEY REFUSED AND SAID THEIR CREDIT CARD MACHINE WAS TO OLD TO GIVE CREDIT.BULL,IF THIS REPRESENTS THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAFF AND AGE OF EQUIPMENT I DESIDED TO TAKE MY SON ELSEWHERE FOR APPOINTMENT NUMBER 2,DOWN RIGHT NASTY

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The office smells like tobacco sometimes, but he is a good doctor. Only reason I wasn't happy was because my problem went unresolved because of the severity, but that's all.
