They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
