Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. In addition to that, combined bill for single visit of ENT and his partner allergologist came to be 1400 bucks!! Both of them DID NOTHING to help me out with my problem!
