Have been fleeced to the tune of three grand by this office. Had a sleep study done there. I was told that they accepted my insurance. No they did not. Sleep Insights is a franchise that rents space from Ghaly. I think his office may well be getting kickbacks from them. As far as the psych practice goes, according to NYS law anyone on certain medications must have at least one urine test per year to prevent abuse, people selling their meds etc...I have had a test every other month for a couple years now. There has never been a problem. I was told that it was covered by my insurance and the co-pay I gave them per visit. Not true. I received a bill from a lab in Florida for over two grand because the lab doesn't accept my insurance and Ghaly went back on his word that I would not be liable for any tests that they had to administer. I have never paid before for one and this was a nasty shock. I believe there is fraudulent activity with regards to insurance practices, Medicare and Medicaid in this office.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Somewhat, it didn't smell very good

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. It seemed extremely They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghaly for acupuncture, treatment for pain and sleeping disorders
