Today I had an appointment for my 12 year old daughter to see Dr. Hendrix. I actually think I might still be in shock by the entire appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and I was hoping the visit with the doctor would have been as good an experience. Let me start by saying Dr. Hendrix came in and asked barely any questions about how my daughter felt. She started going off onto other random topics that had no relevance to the reason we were there. After about 20 minutes she was giving my 12 year old daughter a mood stabilizer and 100 mgs of zoloft! She was not thorough at all. After telling her that I the patients mother had postpartum depression with mainly symptoms of anxiety Dr. Hendrix said I'm sure you didn't have the depression part of postpartum because most of her PPD patients are so difficult and I didn't seem so difficult so I must have had the anxiety part more! She saw me for about 40 minutes and knew nothing about me to make that accusation! Absolutely would never ever recommend this Doctor to anyone! It was a total waist of my time! Look for a different doctor and save yourself the aggravation!

I didn't have to wait in their waiting room at all. They were ready for me right when I got there. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Since I started visiting them, I'm better than I've been in years. They are very talented and have been able to help me recover more quickly than I would have been able to anywhere else.
