Unreliable. Lied about returning phone calls. Failed to provide necessary documentation. Was given a constant change in medications. Sometimes engaged with patient, frequently spending time facing his computer. Called other doctors whores. This patient frequently felt confused about the Doctors behavior.

Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Dr. Kent is a fine physician. I have been under the care of other pshyciatrists and have been satisfied with their care, but Dr. Kent goes the extra mile. He spends a good deal of time with me, listens to my concerns, and answers them in a thoughtful, helpful way. My daughter has bi-polar disorder and he has done a very good job of manageing her medications and care.

At first I enjoyed going to my appointments. But I soon got very frustrated with how I never got to discuss what was on my mind. Instead, he asked superficial questions, as if he assumed he knew what I was thinking (even though I kept telling him he was on the wrong track). The result was very unhelpful to me. At one session, he blew up in a rage at the copy machine not working. For over 15 minutes of my appointment, he yelled at the copier and stormed back and forth. I finally left when I waited for an hour and a half for my appointment, and another secretary in the office finally said he was on vacation and called to see if I came or not (supposedly, he would have come to see me, but I would have had to wait another 45 mins?).

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
